▶ Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

All The Pure Lotus policies are subject to change without advanced notice.

 

▶ I'm having trouble logging in.

Please first make sure that you're using the same email and password you registered with. If you can't recall your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” (비밀번호 찾기 페이지 삽입) and you will be prompted to enter your email address. Then check your mailbox for the link to create a new password.

 

▶ Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped.

 

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at thepurelotus7@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

 

▶ I received an incorrect item, what do I do?

If you believe we have sent you a wrong item, kindly reach out to our help team at thepurelotus7@gmail.com with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the incorrect item received. We will look into this as quickly as we can.

 

▶ I received a broken item, what do I do?

As soon as you discover a fault, kindly reach out to our help team at thepurelotus7@gmail.com with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the broken item. Please do not discard the item and it's original packaging as we might need it to be returned. You may refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

 

▶ What are the available payment methods?

 

We accept the following payment methods:

~ Adyen: Visa / MasterCard, American Express

~ PayPal: PayPal, Visa / MasterCard

 

▶ How do I change my payment method?

Payment method cannot be changed halfway once the it is selected and past the checkout page. The only way to change the payment method is to create a new order and finalize with the preferred payment method. Unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after a period of time depending on the chosen payment method. Alternatively, you may proceed with your current order by completing the payment process.

 

 

▶ When will you ship my order?

Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, and will be dispatched as soon as they're ready! In case when we do not have something in stock, you will be refunded and notified through email to avoid detainment of your shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.

 

 

▶ How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. This information can also be found in your The Pure Lotus account. To check your parcel’s progress, just follow the tracker link provided.
